It's Monday Munchday, today we made a quick and easy healthy snack :)
All u need to do is
mix natural Greek yogurt with
2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey and
1 tsp vanilla
Lay it out on a tray add any fruit u like, we added berries đ then in the freezer for a few hours
You can also use ready made flavored yogurt, we added a bit on top then refrigerated again before serving and it was super yummy. â¨
